Carid has this listed...

I did a search, didn't find any rebuild kits, just complete master cylinders with the reservoir

Year, Engine?

Here's a new one for a 2010 -via autozone - it's not a rebuild kit, but a complete unit
Best Master Cylinder (Brake System) Parts for Cars, Trucks & SUVs

NAPA probably has something similar as do other autoparts stores, as does the various chevy parts outlets.

Not sure if they even offer a rebuild kit for the HHR master cylinder. They may be considered "non-rebuildable."
I think the recommended repair is to replace the entire unit.

In the USA you used to be able to get the rubber pieces in a huge "jobber" box. If you had the either the numbers on them or the measurements you could pull them out of the box.

I haven't seen one in years, but maybe in Russia some old brake shop still has a selection.

That is all the rebuild kit is.

I should explain ...

Since then, as the Russian ruble fell against the dollar by 2 times - the purchase of parts has become a luxury

That's why we focus on the repair kit. Saving $20 - $30 - recently very actually. Especially sensitive for Belarus.

I don't see a kit available at all , GM did have a master cylinder only and you reused the reservoir, but even that is no longer available.

I don't see the info of which transmission this car has. The parts listings show 2 different master cylinders, depending on transmission.

15939480 for the manual transmission, shows discontinued, no longer available

Master Cylinder - GM (15939480)

I do not see any supersede part number , the 15939484 shows for the automatic, without active brake controls ,

Master Cylinder | Genuine GM | 15939484 : GM Parts Direct: Your direct source for Genuine GM Parts

I would consider changing the booster 22713809 also, as they sometimes get brake fluid in them if the master cylinder leaks at the pedal pushrod.
