I payed 08hhr for the roof racks via paypal as he requested. After 7 days I sent numerous PM's and emails asking him if he shipped the item yet, too which he never replied. After 10 days he finally told me he was waiting on an unemployment check so he could ship the items (what that has to do with my roof racks is beyond me). Finally after 17 days I had to file with paypal for a claim and I finally got my money back.
