Post threads in the correct forum.

Threads should have pictures! (not necessary for Wanted threads)
If you do not have pictures you may consider adding some to increase interest & sale. Allowed picture size is 640 X 480 maximum. This is easily obtained by loading pictures to the forum gallery and using the BB Code to post. If you need help in uploading to the gallery see this thread.

If you choose to use outside links to post your pictures, they must be resized accordingly or they may be deleted.

For Sale Threads - must include the following information:

• For Sale prefix option
  • Title- description
    • Name
      • Location
        • Means of Contact - PM only please no phone numbers or email addresses
          • Description
            • Price - this means no "testing waters" threads. OBO still needs a price listed.

Wanted Threads - must include the following information:

• Wanted prefix option
  • Name
    • Location
      • Means of Contact - PM only please no phone numbers or email addresses
        • Item you're looking for

Trade Threads - must include the following information:

• Trade prefix option
  • Name
    • Location
      • Means of Contact - PM only please no phone numbers or email addresses
        • Item you're offering to trade

When replying to a post, remember these simple rules:

• No third-party threads. You need your own account to post in classifieds.
  • Comments about the price a person is asking, your post will be edited/deleted.
    • Negative comments posted about a person or their thread, your post will be edited/deleted.
      • If you have evidence that this person is a scammer, PM a moderator.
        • Please do not low ball. It will be considered a low ball offer if you offer less than 90% of the asking price.
          • Low ball offers will be edited/deleted. If you feel your offer might have a chance, submit it through PMs.
            • Posts which are found to have no value to the thread will be edited/deleted.
              • Do not spam your classified threads in other people's threads unless they specifically made such a request.
                • If your thread gets locked, there was a reason for it. If you start another thread about the same thing you will be banned. PM a moderator if you have a question.
                  • You will be allowed one BUMP per day maximum.
                    • Upon completion of a transaction, please report the post saying so. The thread will then be closed.
                      • Threads will be closed after 60 days of inactivity.

These are in addition to the forum rules. Classified rule violations will be handled in the same manner as the forum rules.

Please note an edit as follows to the header in this forum/section:
Classifieds | Buy | Sell | Trade, Private party sales only. Poster must be the one offering the item(s). No third party sales. For Sale items MUST include a price in first post of thread. Off topic post(s) not directly related to the purchase of the item and threads with no price will be removed.

If you post an ad, then please keep up to date with it, please reply to PM's and post that you acknowledged a PM
If you don't come back to the thread in 60 days , it is considered you have either sold the item , or lost interest in the sale purchase or trade! Then the thread will be closed!!

Threads will be closed after 60 days of NO activity! By the OP
They will be closed and moved to the Inactive Classified ad archives.
I will leave a 7 day redirect on the Classified ads page.
