Taylor, Michigan

I have posted many, giant pictures at the link below, including the window sticker, which you can zoom into to see all of the car's options and its mileage. It has nearly every option that was available.

Link to the pictures and window sticker ====>http://photobucket.com/Taylor2010HHR http://photobucket.com/Taylor2010HHR

I purchased this HHR, new, in early May of 2010. I planned on keeping it for many years, so I cared for it very well.

The HHR has been completely trouble-free. It has never been in any kind of accident. It has no door dents, because it's always parked in the middle of nowhere.

There is a dime-sized dent in the hood from a kicked-up rock; a few stone chips on the front from the highway; and a very light scratch on the passenger-side doors.

The interior is immaculate, and has never seen spills or smoke. The front leather seats and floors have been covered since the day it was new. I installed a Billet lower grill to protect the A/C condenser.

It has been back to George Matick (the best dealer in the area) once, because the front Chevy emblem got water in it, and the lift gate struts were weak in cold weather. There have been no other problems. This is a good one!

Since the second oil change (waited for break-in), I have used only Mobil 1 oil.

The car has never been put in gear without the engine running, for at least, 90 seconds in the summer, and 3 minutes in the winter. (The factory remote start makes this easy.)

On trips to Minnesota I average about 30 MPG driving between 70 and 78 MPH. Commuting to Auburn Hills, with a stop at UofD Jesuit, I average about 26-29 MPG in the warmer months, and 25 to 27 MPG in the winter.

Thank you for looking!

If you would like to see the HHR in person, please call me at 734-Three-Seven-FOR-Oh-Oh-too-9

- $13800 or offer

He hasn't known me all that long and really knows nothing about me other than the fact that I have a son. H e has known my girlfriend for a long time, she baby sits for him when needed and all that good stuff. Enough talk, he is a teacher at the local high school and he told one of his students (girlfriends cousin/ my friend) that she could do so much better than me and that I would never ammount to anything and all that kinda crap. The person he said this to came to me and told me everything that was said.

Should I say something to the man? Like I said he knows nothing about me!
It has REALLY been bothering me!!

I recently picked up a Trigger Horns brand "Chiti Chiti Vintage Oooogah" horn at a local car show to put on my 2011 HHR. It was a decent deal, and best as I can tell from the various sound files, it seems to sound better to my ear than the Wolo brand one.

When I opened the package the trumpet was loose, as in "stayed in the package with no noticeable resistance when I pulled the horn out." I'm not especially alarmed by that since it seems to have just been glued on in the first place, and I can easily glue it back in place my own self.

Before I do that, though, I find myself wondering if there's really a down-side to leaving the trumpet off? Obviously it would be easier to mount without it, and i know that the trumpet doesn't have any impact on the mechanical function of the horn -- I have tested it and it seems to work just fine, and sounds good, without the trumpet. I know it shapes and directs the sound, but in the stock location (where I plan to put it) that's kinda moot, I just don't know enough about the things to have a worthwhile guess as to whether there's some important, less apparent function of the trumpet, so I figured I'd ask folks here who might know better than I do.

Hello, I am new to the forums and I tried a search for this issue but have been unable to find a thread. The issue I'm having on my 2006 HHR LT is with the power mirrors. The driver's side mirror works great and moves the way it is supposed to. The problem occurs when I change to the passenger side mirror. It won't move and when checked, the fuse is blown. I'm not sure if it is something in the switch or the mirror. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any ideas of where to start checking for problems? Thanks for any information.
