instead of gutting out the second cat install electric exhaust cut out. you can install the cut out just before the second cat pick up more horse power and it sounds awesome and you can go all open or all closed or anywere between, that way you can stay legal and get the best of both worlds...something to look into. best thing I ever did I love it.
