An Update For Our Winners..
CJ & lunchbox, your gas cards should arrive by next week at the latest, and I do sincerely apologize for the delay.
It seems that when I ordered up your cards from Qwik-Trip and Shell respectively, my being out of state triggered a fraud protection alert on my Amex card, which put all of my purchases on that card in limbo.
Fraud protection is great, unless it kicks in when you don't need it to, then you get to make...umm...new friends at your credit card company.
I have yet to regain feeling in my right ear after the marathon phone call yesterday, four hours of bouncing around from this person to that person and back again...ugh!

I've finally received confirmation e-mails from Qwik-Trip and Royal Dutch Shell that your gas cards have both shipped!
