Ask a "knowledgable" Salesman a question

Hello Everyone,

I have been reading all of the message boards, not only on this website, but others as well. It seems to me people all over the country are getting the run around. Buying a car should be the most fun thing to do. Especially how exciting the new HHR is. It is a fantastic car. I know, I personally own one myself.

But i see posts all the time about how people are getting ripped off, how people cannot get parts and accessories, how people just cant get questions answered. well hopefully i can help. I dont know specific laws in certain states, but I know what Chevy and GM can and are doing.

Would I love to sell you all an HHR? Absolutely, but unless you live in NE Ohio, it would be hard. But I want to see people get these new cars without getting ripped off, and having their questions answered.

OK. How about this one. No dealer has been able to answer it yet. In the HHR brochure, there is a pic of a 17" 10 spoke aluminum wheel. It says the wheel is available from Chevy Accessories. Is it really available? If so, How much is it?

They are an accessory wheel that would need to be ordered through the local parts department, etc. My ballpark guess is that they will run around 400 a wheel.

I have checked with the parts depts at several dealers. Nobody knows anything about them and can't find out if they are available.
