DRL wiring suggestions

I know the topis is really old like dinos but please forgive me, I have a Request to ChevyMgr to related topic.
I am desperatelly looking for wire diagram of lighting/DRL for 2006.
My 2006 HHR 2.4 has amber DRL, it is prohibited in Poland to use amber light as DRL so either I have to always remebmer to on lowbeam manually or what I did, just blocked ambiet sensor by gator tape.
and have permanent lowbeam and bulbs H13 must be replaced 3-4 Times a year.
To adjust headlamps to local rules I had to disasemble them and remove amber lense. Instaed of that amber shield I have dual LED bulbs (white/amber) and I could use white LED as DRL but wiring is designed that DRL is using the same wire as turn signal so DLR is still amber, when I switch to lowbeam than it change the wire and I got white parking and lowbeam.

I am looking for advice, either how to permanently deactivate DRL in 2006 and I could use seprate unit to use "white light" circut with full brightnes and reduce it when turn lowbeam or how to swap DRL from ambient circut to white circut.

If you would have any idea I would appreiciate any suggestion or if you would share lighting wire diagram for 2006 would be also great.

I tried to explain my issue as clear as I could as English is not my native language. thank you for understanding.
I would appreciate your suport.

Chevymgr hasn't been here since 2013, so I moved this to its own modern day thread.
Perhaps switch LED bulbs you know the white for running lights and yellow for turn signal LED bulbs like these.

You can have amber lights on in addition to white lights?

2006 cars are little different from other years, I'm not sure that you can do better than covering the ambient sensor.

The problem is that 2006 it was a matter of turning the parking lights on all of the time, via the computer. Afterwards it was a separate circuit controlling the low beams, and I don't see anything that reduces the power to them.

An experiment would be to put a relay in #28 and a 10A fuse in #31 (under the hood), maybe the wiring is there.

FWIW, Here are the respective DRL diagrams
