fan fuse

fan fuse
Please help! It is -6 degrees here and I am digging out of feet of snow. I started my 2006 HHR to help thaw out the inside but the fan will not work. I think it may be the fuse. There are so many fans listed in the fuse diagram that I am really confused. Please tell me which one controls this fan. Thank you in advance.
Also, what is the difference between a fan and a blower.

What are you looking at? I see 1 fuse marked "cooling fan" that's the one on the radiator.
look at fuse #4 under the hood marked BCM3
fuse #16 on the BCM (INSIDE) marked HVAC/ign; I doubt this is the prob.
and relay #30 on the BCM marked HVAC relay.
a blower is a fan that blows air, i.e.: the HVAC fan is a blower. I imagine Funk & Wagnall's would do a better job of definitions.
