A few questions in no particular order....

I've had my HHR for about a year. I love it. It's a 2009 LS with about 125k miles on it. It was well kept. I think I've only spent about $1000 at the mechanic in the last year. Transmission solonoids and an exhaust flange.

Here are my burning questions in no particular order.

1. Those cargo covers in the cargo floor. I can't imagine I'm the only person in the world that the hinge has broken on them. Is there someone who sells replacement covers, or should I just velcro them?

2. Recently the button on the right of the fan speed knob that toggles recirculation doesn't work. When I press it the light flashes three times and it aborts. Any ideas?

3. Oh. Right. Last thing. The passenger sensor on the passenger seat drives me crazy. It goes off even if I lay my iPhone down on the seat. Everybody in my household use seatbelts religiously. Is there any way to disable the "beep beep beep" warning when it "thinks" there is somebody sitting in that seat?

Thanks in advance!

aboard!

As for your questions, see Oldblue's post above, and it can be a hard habit to break...but nothing should occupy the front passenger's seat except for a Human butt.

I was just out in my 07 and thought didn't someone have that issue and a battery lobotomy fixed it , or did they have to replace the switches
