H13 Telescopic HID kit
Okay, has anyone installed these?

From what I understand the Telescopic term means it has a different shrouding around it? Any input is appreciated.

Dont do it. I had a car towed that had one of these kits. not safe for other drivers, unless your vehicle came equipped with the proper housing for them.
