dealer around my way has brand new caprice 2014 350 hp police or state police cars for $24.000...talking 15 miles on cars..all heavy duty...very sharp looking...really have me thinking

The dealers are not supposed to be selling them, but some have escaped the embargo.

i was told they where demo cars...worth every penny wish i jumped on it...black on black.....they called me for 3 weeks about the 3 HHR on there lot....two i test drove, liked the car but there price and condition was a no sale
