If you go through the options, you can select a "used supercharger" for $375. If you tick every option, the total comes out to about $1705. Full kits can be sourced for as little as $600 from take offs and such on the Cobalt forums. Now, $600 isn't typical, but they are regularly for sale for less than $1000.

Hey, I just post the link y'all have to click on the options, $1700.00 and you get a used super charger?

They price gouge everything so they can make a profit. When I traded the LT I sold my Supercharger, Intake Manifold, and other misc bits from my kit for $550. The S/C and Intake Mani are only worth about $250 each.
