Rear Power Outlet
#21
yea im gonna do that once i start working on adding another power outlet close to the rear hatch. i've been using my power inverter alot lately for some reason, and having that thing sitting on the pass. floor and running wires to the back and stuff..it's a lil ugly and more mess.

yep...no wires.
The wire harness will have a small blue clip on the end where the wire pins enter the plug-end itself...
they run down towards the passenger floor under the carpet.
see here:
see the harness that is running on the right side of the tunnel near the parking brake...THAT's it.

That was from when I did this:

I tore it the-apart...seats and all...lovin it.

Not sure without pulling it apart. This might be of some help, depending on the reason you are asking.... American Wire Gauge table and AWG Electrical Current Load Limits with skin depth frequencies and wire breaking strength

Exactly what do you mean by "back accessory plug"? The cigar lighter in the rear seat area or the accessory plug in the cargo area of a panel?
see post #6 in this thread.https://www.chevyhhr.net/forums/gene...er-plug-36845/
My guess is 18 Ga. for a 20 A circuit.
