Replacing front seats

So I've been looking to swap out cloth for leather (fronts only...for a panel) and I think I located a set nearby. A few questions.
Are all years interchangeable?
Can I just remove the seat back and bottom and reuse my original frame etc.?
If the new seats are heated, can I hook that up if I swap out the controls and what's involved?
Thanks.

Manual seat to manual seat they fit no problems
Power seat to manual seat , now the frames and covers are different
Adding the heaters, you will require the heated seat switches and control module

When you say heated seat switchs and control module, are those both on the console below radio?
So in other words, if I get the seats and the switches on the console, am I good to go? Thanks OB

That link is not very helpful, but try the search tool, it's been done several times and I believe instructions are in here somewhere.

Was it firemangeorge?

As far as I know, the mounting is identical across the years.

He's the wiring guru right. I would think its pretty straight forward, just wanna make sure. Guess if I couldn't get it hooked up wouldnt do any harm. Right. But if its simple, I'd give it a shot.

If the wires are not already there you have to add them.

Yes, the BCM will most likely need programming.

Sorry Donbrew. Wasn't me about the heated seats. I've only done the drivers seat lowering mod to mine.
