I was not a Chevy guy; was that the emblem only used for V8 models?

Yes, the V8 models came with this emblem and a large gold "V" below. The 6 cylinder models had a larger crest, no "V"

Misc. Pics

It's back up on the rack now and I took a couple of pics. The first is of the rear suspension, in particular the latest addition, the height sensor. I'm using the AirRide 3H system and this shows (hard to see black on black) the sensor. The next pic are the Quick Time Performance cutouts.
