Victory Red and Victory Red Metallic the same?
I want to put an SS spoiler on our 2010 LT and getting a bit confused, as usual.
The paint code in ours is U9260 but when I search for SS and non-SS spoilers I see most that are offered as painted have a U74 Victory Red Metallic description. I guess I never looked very close to an SS but always thought all the fire engine red HHRs were the same color. Ours definitely does not have any metallic flakes in the paint.
Anyone got any advice? Place to buy, etc?
TIA

Some of the names changed for different year models.
The SS had Victory Red(not metallic) for all 3 years.
There is a SS Crystal Red Metallic ( I think 2010 only)
Also a Ruby Red for the non SS(which years ?)
The Victory Red and Crystal Red Metallic are 2 different shades.

Thanks, I thought all the Fire Engine reds were pretty much the same, don't remember the red SS being metallic so must just be a typo in the ad:

Thanks for the quick reply.

Be careful and always use the paint code. My son learned this the hard way. He has a Victory Red Cobalt (non metallic; same as the HHR SS) and did a new front grille with some mods. He had it painted Victory Red, but later found that the color code was different. Needless to say, it's a shade lighter than the rest of the car.
