yesterday I backed the HHR out of the driveway, resisted strong urge to go for a drive, then watched as the handyman I had to hire cleaned and sealed my concrete driveway for the winter! I usually take about an hour with my pressure washer to clean off the dirt and debris and pay about $85.00 CDN for the 2 gallons of sealant and spray it on.
This guy bought the same sealant at the same place I buy it, he used his gas powered pressure washer and cleaned off the cement yesterday morning, sprayed one coat yesterday afternoon, then came back this morning and sprayed second coat. He charged me $125.00 for the same job I would have done, had I been able ( or dumb enough to do in spite of my Doctor's and wife's orders) to.
Maybe next time I'll just call him back and spend the 3 hours total time doing something else, like drive the HHR, or sleep, or something

Driveway aside OB, and your frustration is understandable, its these words that I fnd most heartening.."yesterday I backed the HHR out of the driveway".

One step at a time Mate, one step at a time, and you'll be behind the wheel proper before you realize it.

Why tint the LED tails? Why not get the pre-smoked ones? XD

Multiple reasons, actually. Cause I got an awesome deal on the ones off of GSZHHR's ride. I'm not a fan of chrome, but couldn't pass up the deal. And finally, As he was taking them off, he accidentally dropped one, taking a 2" piece off the side. I was able to fix it, but You could still see where I had to paint it. I'll get the pics up after I get em in later today.

So, When I got them, this was what I had to work with.

I superglued the piece back in and, with some help from a friend, filled in the rest with fiberglass and sanded it smooth.

Primed and wet sanded

Painted with black. You can hardly tell.

Tinted and installed. No hyperflash either.
