Some do and some don't. But in my opinion and in this instance, if you are experiencing EVERYTHING THAT I OUTLINED, it is a separate issue and should be repaired without charge.
This special Customer Satisfaction repair that I am speaking of should be attached to your VIN and the dealer should be able to see it on the GM vehicle information system......and NO CHARGE.

That's the plan....Only thing is, it hasn't happened since posting. But likely will when I least expect it.
Dealer said it was illegal to fix something else on my ride while I have a TPMS light on from a dead sensor battery, said they must fix that first. No way would I pay $90. per sensor there + labor.
