Checked out a 09 SS

Looked over a 2009 HHR SS.

It was Imperial Blue and stunning.

The biggest things I noticed were the new front dome light that I may see if I can retro fit into mine and the price.

I saw the price was getting out of hand. The sticker was $26,700 and it did not have a USB port radio, $800 Brembo brakes, $395 Perfromance dash and no $1,000 automatic tranny.

If the other options were added it would take this to $28,000.

I was going to get a 09 and got a very good deal on a 08. I had wondered if I did the right thing and now I feel I did as our bargin performance car is losing a little of it's bargin.

The closer the price get to $30,000 The more I would have looked at a Camaro V6 RS.

Either way we all might want to check the new dome light out as a retro fit.

You definitely made the right decision getting a model year end '08.

Yes I believe this was a improvment on all HHR's.

It is similar to the Malibu I just bought for my Mother on Saturday.

This was one of the main reasons I bought an 08, because of the 09 bump and the fact that the incentives on the 08's were too good to pass up. The dome light is not a big deal to me.

And most importantly I've been enjoying my SS for over two weeks now! :)
