How fast will your SS go?
Mine seems to top out just over 100MPH
Boost is only around 10 PSI...it might hit 15 but will immediately fall back off.
This is an 08 with a factory replaced engine and turbo, both now have around 45K on them.

Well I've know one that's been above 140mph :). Stock SS is above 150 according to GM. So something isn't right.
According to Chevy, the HHR SS with the manual tranny sprints from 0 to 60 mph (96 km/h) in 6.3 sec while it covers the quarter-mile in 14.8 seconds at 98.5 mph (158 km/h). The top speed is more than 150 mph / 241 km/h –whatever that means

Yeah, I'd say you definitely have some issues. You should be able to get 120 easily. Of course, you'd need to be on racetrack! For legal reasons.
Lol celblazer - kilometers are a strange thing indeed! Can't wait to see MPH on the highways again!

I've had to use and convert kilometres to miles and back in my head since 1977, when Canada went metric, we lost the Imperial gallon 4.54609 litres, cause the US gallon is just 3.785412 litres, so it can mess you up in the mpg conversions

On the Motorway Patrol shows the PCs talk about MPH.
That and what's with regarding the center line as a "suggestion".

I am now beyond the statute of limitations so I can say this.
148mph on the road between El Paso, TX and Alamogordo, NM.
It still had a lot left but I started coming up on traffic so I shut it down.
It held the road an felt solid at that speed.
It started getting a lot of wind noise above 120 and you could see daylight between the door seals and the doors.

Fast enough to surprise a 392 Charger
I was north of 135 when I pulled up next to the 392, then pulled away from him (he was likely so surprised that he wasn’t paying attention to traffic). I got pulled over early one morning on the way home from work and the cop said he had me at 106……for about 5 miles. Damn Explorer….the police package doesn’t have a roof rack, but his light bar looked like it in the rear view.
