Unhappy touch up paint

anyone notice rust inside the door - bottom hem flange? 2009 w/ only 61k miles - - I wash the car nearly every week - inside doors also. need to grind the rust & I need part # for bruch & aerosol touch up paint - -Victory Red

Before painting, apply a rust inhibitor called OSPHO. It will neutralize the rust, And slow or inhibit its return. (very popular with old car restorations)

I believe, from the description, that is what is called "Naval Jelly". Jelled phosphoric acid. It is wonderful stuff when used correctly.

Rust inhibitor also needs to be applied inside the door, between the door skin and the frame or it's going to continue to rust, no matter how good you make the visible part look. This is the difficult part of the process that many people leave out.

My body guy soda blasted the exterior rust and chemically treated the interior corrosion.
He then used a good seam sealer to stop water from getting in.
