Vacuum tank fail
I had been experiencing a weird "turkey gobble" noise when the car decelerates. I did a google search and people said it was probably a cracked vaccum tank. I couldn't see it but by-passing it did the trick. Today I installed Hahn air charge pipes so I had to take the fan out which made the tank visible. I found it cracked nearly in half. I noticed the sound shortly after installing a Trifecta tune. I don't know if the higher boost level is felt by the tank but it didn't survive long after the tune. It might have just been a coincedence. It's been by-passed for over a year now. No codes and I haven't noticed a difference in performance. I took a picture but I can't figure out how to send them from my ipad. If anyone can tell me how to do that I will post the picture.

I hope this works. I can't copy the BB adress with an ipad. I added the picture of the tank in the gallery.

So one tube connect to the intake manifold, where does the other go?
Is that the second PCV VALVE I've heard about?
I'm just curious now. I know nothing about the SS. Learning something.

Oh that little thing. Yeah, it's only 4 or 5 inches long so I didn't know what you were talking about.
That vacuum canister appears to hook in here: (the yellow circles)
What's it for ? Not really sure but my guess is some kind of emissions crap.
