Great video, whopper. But I also think if the premise is the OWNER is conducting a fraudulent business, the media should have the oil changes done at other locations. They left him an "out" by using one location....."the employees are responsible".

This topic was discussed on this forum many years ago and I believe links were posted to a similar report that was done by the California Attorney Generals office regarding Jiffy Lube. They have since, cleaned up their act.

But you know, the salary structure of almost all vehicle dealers and repair shops is structured the same way, because the mechanic gets a piece of the action for each separate repair that he "recommends", then provides. We have a couple members currently experiencing that.
