Getting my transmission fluid changed for the first time at 67,500 miles
So I'm basically a newborn when it comes to car maintenance. I'm trying to learn as best I can. Nothing is wrong with my transmission right now, everything runs fine. But I noticed the owners manual says to have the fluid changed every 50,000 miles, and I clearly missed that. As stated, I'm closer to 67,500 now. I'm taking the car in on Friday to have it done, but should I be concerned about missing the recommended interval?

Go back and reread your manual. That 50,000 reference is for severe service - otherwise it is good for the lifetime of the car.
