Greetings, I have put some information on your post about Ohio Law Code 4505.181 - makes for interesting reading. You can thank my wife for the information. She works in our County Prosecutors’ Office - Child Support Division, but she loves the law. Helped put her ex through IUPUI Law School, did most of his research work from what she says.
