Hi Eric, I hope you don't mind the intrusion, but I'm hoping you can help me with something.

I've been reading through the (long and confusing) thread on adding the radio buttons to the steering wheel and see that you've recently done this on the exact year and model I bought. I was hoping you could clear up some of my confusion.

Do you happen to know exactly which part numbers you ordered (and from whom)? As you pointed out, the part numbers changed over the years, and although I "think" I know which ones I need, I'd really like some confirmation that I'm ordering the right ones. Also, can I assume you didn't have to rewire the harness as some of the members with later model HHRs did?

One final thing: your signature says you added mud flaps (splash guards). Can you recall any details on where you got these, how much they were, and how they fit? I need to do something on ours before the paint gets completely worn away!

    Thanks for your time!

Ours is actually Imperial Blue. We did go through Flint a couple times on 2/5. It was so dirty that day you would have thought it was grey, lol
