Hey Musicguy the hitch install looks really clean - Doesn't the bumper get in the way of the retaining pin on the hitch?

I've been working on installing a Curt hitch and it looks like if I trim the bumper then it will drop down and cover over the hole for the pin.

Could the hidden hitch and Curt have different pin positions? Any chance you could measure the distance from the end of the hitch to the hole?
Or maybe take a photo from the ground looking up at the install from below?

Any other thoughts would help! Thanks a bunch,

Hi,

I just used masking tape as a guide and a dremmel with a cutting wheel. Got the basic shape cut out that way and then just used a file to tidy it up.
