    Guitar Builder. Sorry I didn't see your message. Not the way I communicate on this site. Most of us regulars use the PM function so we can get an email notification.
    Anyhow. Yes, that's basically what the plate is for. It just keeps the lower charge pipe and engine at an equal distance when the engine rocks under load. Eliminates the chance of the AC compressor from rubbing on the Tmap wiring.
    Fwiw. The plate is aluminum. Steel would be so "Old school". (LOL)
