That was something I made myself. It seemed the heat on the driver's feet was a little anemic and the dealer said everything was working fine... It seemed like the air was blowing on the floor behind the gas pedal - so I needed to redirect it. It has helped a little bit.
If I remember correctly, I made a how-to. I'll see if I can locate it.
