Whiskers); and Tinted headlamp covers. LOST: the eyelids at a carwash.

    hello all. i'm a military service member stationed at Beale AFB just north of Sacramento.

    anywho, i just got the turbo upgrade installed in my SS yesterday and it's not working the way it should. when i first left the dealer, i gave it a near WOT test and was supremely impressed. however, before i made it home i could barely touch the go pedal without the turbo spooling quickly then dumping down to 0 boost. it's like i have to feather the throttle to get the dang thing to move. any thoughts? i know i'm seen this problem before, on forums, but i can't recall the remedy. thanks in advance for any help.
