    2) The transmission shifts before peak hp and no where near the new red line at WOT. What's the logic behind this, and is there a way to change it? I did check TIS2Web and the TCM has the only cal available.

    3) On closed throttle decel, when it was stock, it would go into deceleration enleanment quite regularly, now it seldom does. What is the reasoning behind this? My fuel economy seems to be worse with the kit, even though many say it improves. Yes, I waited until the novelty of putting my foot into it wore off before checking The vehicle is a daily driver and I travel the same route repeatedly, so I can keep a fairly accurate log on personal FE.

    Hi. I installed the 19212670 kit in my 2010 HHR auto, and noticed a few things that I was wondering if you could help me understand.

    1) Under no circumstances can I get the TCS to fully dis-engage. Doing some research, I came across a tsb for manual transmission case fractures, 09-07-29-003. Part of the repair involves reflashing the EBTCM, without mentioning why. I assume it's to enable some type of abuse management strategy. Does my 2010 come with this revised cal from the factory? If so, the wording in the owners manual and turbo upgrade kit should be changed. I spent quite a bit of money and time on pn 19212670 and I can't launch my vehicle any quicker than I could when it was stock. To say that I'm disappointed would be an understatement.

    to fcollazo60: You won't have an issue with driving the Stage Kit in daily use. If you don't use the power (it is very difficult not too), you will not notice any change in the daily driving. Your automatic will get the full power, 290 HP, 315 lb-ft torque. The kit keeps the vehicle warranty so the drive train including the auto trans is covered for 100,000 miles or 5 years which ever comes first.

    Hi. I just bought a 2010 automatic HHR SS on 04/29/10. I have to take it back in a couples of day to install the GM turbocharger 1 kit. I need some informatio please> It is worth it and primary will it give trouble in my daily use? Also the automatic like mine from 250 that GM say has if truth up to how much it will go. And algo up to how torque will it get> I will appeciate your info. Thanks

    You have made my SS even more enjoyable. Keep up the good work and sell Managment on more packages like these for future cars like the Regal Turbo etc.

    By the way After I spoke to you 10 months ago I put 2 and 2 together and figured out who you where on this web site. You are a welcome voice here. Nice to know you are watching over the flock. LOL!

    You help with my Turbo upgrade solved all my problems.

    Would it be possible to give more info or insite on the stage kit and details on how it effect or works in the HHR? It would not have to be the exact data but just a general overview of how you were able to come up with such an impressive tune. Just knowing how the history of how it came about would be nice. THis is something that will be remembered in GM's history and if we know the true story we can pass it along so it is not lost.

    I would like to know how the tune works with the Automatic Tranny and I would also like to know how to use launch control properly with the tune in the Automatic SS.
