    Sorry it's taken so long to get back to you. I don't come here as often as I used to.
    I live in lower, slower Delaware. I was just in Frostburg this past weekend. I went to school with Bill Evans, I think he was a year ahead of me. He was a good cop and chief.
    There is a retired Cumberland cop on the forum too. Next time I come west, I'll let you know and maybe we can meet up. Do you know of anyone else up that way that's on the forum?
