SMD tail lights that don't suck?

I had some from SuperbrightLED as my front marker/signal lights. On the 06 those were also the DRL. They were in for several years before the accident and not a single LED was out.
If I remember correctly, they were these:

They have them in RED as well.

Bingo!
Give the man a cookie!
Under-Spec'd resistors are the main cause of failing LED's, or manufacturers who cheap out and "daisy chain" the LED's in series relying on the resistance in the LED's wired in series to produce the voltage drop.
Chinese LED light bulbs are notorious for minimal componentry, and high failure rates.
I know that LED's light faster, and last longer if they're a quality product, but I'm a gray haired Semi-Geezer who likes incandescent light bulbs.
I'll be interested to see if in 40-50 years you can pull the HID/LED lights out of a junker and have them work like a 50 year old Guide T-3 headlamp bulb.
I harvest every T-3 that checks out, then split the profits with my buddy who does the Autofair/Hershey/Swap Meet circuit every year. It works out to about $1,000 a year to spend on Lionel Trains.

LOL, sorry about that. I tried to remove them after the accident, but with the front mangled I couldn't get to them. I wanted them back....
