Tail Light Mod, wondering if this would work...

Yes that is the case, somebody has a how to on the site and trimmed the access with sheet metal shears the lower holes need to be opened up abit!
The top left is then inverted and placed in the lower right lamp position and the top right is inverted and placed in the lower left lamp position, this is because of the angles the lamps are and the sheet metal is angled, so the lights point in the same general direction.
I bought an extra set of uppers with cups and harness to go with the four tail lamp idea, but life and now winter will hold that on pause til Spring !
I don't know if I'll go 4 reds or blue dots lower and reds upper!
I'm looking to find clear lens HHR tails if I find four uppers I'll post up here.
Then again maybe 4 lowers with the clear part for the backup light might work!!

The Buick Centurion was sold by Buick from 1956-1957 and 1971 through 1973, replacing the Buick Wildcat as the sporty rendition of Buick's full-size car. The Centurion name was inspired by a Buick concept car, that name coming from the professional officer in the Roman Army. The current car's symbol was not the traditional Buick tri-shield, but a side profile of a centurion. It was not, as some have suggested, a play on the Buick Century.
Here's a Centurion from the '72 model year Art, they were U.S. models, just Cadillac level expensive and not as popular as the "smaller" Electra 225's.
And the 71-73's were "sporty" when compared to say an office block, huge bloody cars, at exactly the wrong time for giant cars thanks to OPEC.
