I am still around the Middletown, Odessa, Townsend area. My HHR is my DD and not exactly show quality. I did paint in the black front bumper area and added eyebrows. I do hit the shows pretty hard in the warm weather with my 1993 Camaro. I have a few more cars in the collection and the Vair and Valaint will be hitting the shows this coming season. Maybe the 1930 Model A too.
Here is a link to my Fquick Garage so you can see who to keep an eye out for.

I don't hybernate so anytime works for me. Spring/Summer work for more southern meets though because I just camp out at the shore for the weekend or whatever.

that's cool.... if that was you i saw last week, they look good. i doubt i'll go with HIDs in the fogs, i had them in my Cobalt and they were just a PITA waiting for them to warm up and whatnot. this time i'll just go with bulbs.
Yeah, bulbs just seem like the better choice for fogs, I might switch to HIDs for the headlights soon but not sure. My beetle needs headlights first so that might take all my $$

that's cool that you have an old school beetle.... there's a guy down the street that's into the old school VW's, he's always cruising thru the neighborhood in one after messing with them.

i liked it when i first got the wagon.... but now i'm just not into it anymore. it's a really good shifter and feels good, i'm just a simple guy and lost interest in it. i'm looking to swap out the shifter w/ boot still on it (this makes things sooo much easier) with some cash involved. i'll PM you my number, hit me up.

It's been almost a year and a half since anyone posted to this thread.
Is anybody out there?
I know Woody moved to Pax River area. Need to do a new head count of Delaware HHR's.
I'm in the lower, slower area of DE (Laurel).

I am in the Middletown, Odessa, Townsend area. Still have my 06 SBO HHR. Just got new wheels and lowered the car last fall. Car has 102+k miles now and I am going to do wheel bearings and a trans flush this week. Got to keep her going for a few more years. Planning on some minor appearance mods. My oldest son wants her in 2 years for his first car. Plan on that, and maybe a motor swap before then so he has a "new" motor in it.
