Ghost Flames Painter
I was wondering if anyone in the Seattle/Tacoma/Oly area knows of a good, fair priced, person that can paint some ghost flames on Duchess? I will be looking for awhile before I can afford it...but would be nice to find someone and get quotes on how much to save, etc.
