Camaro Shark Fin?

Has anyone thought about using a new Camaro Shark fin to replace the antenna on the top of the HHR?
Do you think it would work and maybe be kind of plug and play? If not, what mods would have to be done? I am talking about the front one and not the XM antenna.
Sounds like a good idea to me.
What does everyone think?

Like the idea. let me know who it goes.

Might be an interesting mod, stop by your dealer and maybe the parts department will have one you can look at before you commit to spending the cash.

Any one have any idea how the OEM HHR antenna attaches and what the connections to it look like? I was wondering how the two compare.

Capp, add insult to injury bud. Your HHR is sexy already, that would make it straight vicious. lol

Unfortunately as cool as it would look I don't think it will actually work. The Shark Fin is only a part of the antenna - much of it is buried in the spoiler (see video about it here).

I wasn't talking about the convertible antenna, but it does make you wonder if the coupes antenna is the same. I am thinking they are different since they didn't mention the one for the coupe at all in the video.
