Sounds like tires or an alignment.

x2 - inspecting the tires for uneven tread wear or damage (ie: broken belt internally - spin wheel/tire on the car, looking for wobbles etc in the tread), then swapping tires would be my first step at diagnosing the problem.

A light vibration would make me suspect a damaged or delaminating tire if the balance is ok.

For the pull to the left, it sounds like alignment or bad tread wear.

The light vibration, is it in the pedal or the steering wheel?

I don't believe this is true. Unless someone specifys it, it is not INTENTIONALLY done by the factory or a front end tech.

Think about it....what happens when the pitch of the road goes the other way.

How many miles?
is it drifting or pulling to the left?
At 65 mph how long would it take to start crossing the lines in the road?
I would check tire pressure first.
Then I would swap the front tires side to side as long as they are not directional.
to see if you are getting radio add l tire pull.
Then have your alignment checked.
If all that checks out have a gm tech check ed checkout the intermediate shaft and
Steering column.
I know some will doubt this but my car was pulling left.
changed tires side to side helped a little.
Then had two alignments done which helped but still was not right.
Had a clicking in the steering. Column was bad
After the tech replaced it it has been driving like a new car.
I myself would not have believed a worn out steering column would for this.

Do you mean directional tires mounted backwards? If so, that still shouldn't affect normal driving, just not the best handling from the tire.
