Looks like the one that is at the front of the AC compressor.

It is a connector, where are the other wires broken off?

Are the wires to the A/C there? That's the only 2-pin connector I see that is under the hood.

And it's not just a loose, dangling wire. It's a hard connection to the front of the compressor, just behind the pulley. I can't imagine how it could have come off like that.

What wheel and what block are you referring to?

It is the wheel in the picture ....I have the alternator out now ....so I could get a better look I believe the other end of the wire got chewed up ....the connector was intact ...one end connected ...I later clipped off because the other end was mangled....and believe me it was a fluke happening...connector went in turned sideways and jammed ...if u are front on the wire was connected going toward the right ...it's somewhere on the left side midway down....all alt. Connections are there

So something sheared it off from the compressor. Where you live, you probably rarely use the AC, so you didn't notice the AC wasn't working. Then the wire was loose and dangling, and got caught up in the compressor pulley.

You probably will need a new compressor, unless someone can remove it, take it apart, and reattach a new connector. Either way, evacuate the refrigerant, R&R the compressor, and recharge the system with refrigerant. Not gonna be cheap.
