How do you take off the front door panel to replace speaker?
I need to replace my 6.5" speaker on my driver side door and I cannot see how to take off the panel. Any advice how-to's and pictures would be helpful. Thank you!

If I recall well, you need to remove two torx screws located on the fixed handle (he one with the hole). Also, remove the round cover near the chrome handle and there is another torx. There is a pin on the rear that you need to introduce a tip to remove too. Finally, pop out the door cover. I strongly suggest to buy the tool to remove the clips from the door when pop out. Don´t make the same mistake as me.

Mind you I have not done this yet to the HHR but most GM cars has screws in odd location to make it look nice so you look on the edges of the panel, near the handle and arm rest, feel around you should feel the holes. They are just not going to be apparent.
Once they are all out door should be loose, and may have tabs that need to pop out. Not looking at the HHR at the moment to be more specific. Having tools will help as some of the clips on these cars suck. Kinda reminds me of the rear front seat panels.
