New Catalytic Converter Time! P0420 Code. New Bolt Size?

OK, so I have the new cat ready to bolt in place. Here is my question. What size bolts do I need for the 2 bolts that are located near the resonator? I would like to buy 2 new nuts and bolts to have on hand BEFORE I get knee deep in the sh1t pile.

Also what length do I need to have them.

Autozone.com searched flange bolts HHR, I would just double check, if I remember these are studs and not bolts.

Also, When I got the new Cat, they put the shipping labels and plastic pouches directly on the cat. Is there a good, easy way to get this off, or should I just let it BURN off?

What would you do.

Thanks for the bolt info. I'd rather start the project knowing that I have replacement bolts, JIC I break one, which will most likely happen. Unless the last mechanic to change it used anti-seize.

I would peel off as much as I could of those labels, no sense replacing the cat just to bar-b-que the HHR. the new cat does it have threaded holes or round holes at the rear flange??

like oval rounded holes. I was thinking of taking a little black and decker mouser sander and sanding them off, just try to not take off any material.
