Mystery Rattle
Alright, as some of you know, I have a problem with my Air Box Brackets breaking.. Replacement #2 went in today, and it was purchased brand new ($32 shipped)
That took care of one of the rattles, now I still have one coming from underneath the car.
Come to find out, one of my neighbors in my apartments, is a Chevy Tech at a local dealership.. I asked his ear for a second, gave it a rev(as it only is noticeable while accelerating or revving the motor)
He said without looking at it, that it sounded like the exhaust manifold rattling. It does sound like a lighter metal. Not too thick.

Sounds like others have said, check the heat sheilds, they rust around spot welds and rattle.
Sometimes you can repair them with some Stainless Steel hose clamps, to keep them in place and from rattling. Keeps you from having to replace the parts.
