Why only 23" tall? Figure you would want more sidewall, especially with a 15" wheel.

M&H talked me into the 23", [really works out to be 23.5"] , because of me going with a 7" rim. They call for an 8" rim, on both the 23' & 24.5" slick.

23" is also a tad lighter slick, & provides a tad better gear ratio too...
Only got 3.29 gear, with an auto, every little bit helps.

I stayed at 15lbs all day Saturday in them. Hooked really well, with
a short burnout, thru the water box, just to clean them off.

Tracked straight & true down the track.

Just thinking here I am assuming you guys are taking out the rear tire to help not only remove weight but to take it out from the correct spot.
Rob with your mods sounds like you may be running 110 plus in the quarter?

Ah, totally forgot about the Auto and it's final drive. Still use to the Cobalt side of things.

Personally I run a 26x9.5x16 Hoosier QTP, but wish I had something alone the lines of 24.5 on a 15" wheel.

Once you go E47.5 , you'll never go back to gas....

My 'tune' is in this thread if you need a good starting point.
The 'cam' & 'timing' tables are the result of 'Nicks', [BYT], hard
work last year. There the best tables that I have ever since.

I was full e a year ago and I went back to 93 when hptuners updated the fuel tables. Now I am going a mix to get more power. I am going to start with a base tune and adjust from there.
