Torque specs

I'm getting ready to install the ss/tc shocks and struts is there any torque spec I may need to know? also if any has the progress sway bar what is the torque specs on that I know there is one! I thank you

The Turbo Tech sway bar was 45 ft lbs.

I just used that link and downloaded the first zip with no problem. You have to download each one to your hard drive and unzip them to a folder.
