Tsb ??

a TSB is a Trouble Shooting Bulletin (right?) And to qualify for one, you must have a condition with your vehicle that matches the criteria.
Disclaimer: Just because you have conditions that match a TSB does not mean that it will necessarily lead to a no cost/warranty repair..

Technical Service Bulletin is the proper term. It has nothing to do with 'no cost/warranty' repairs. TSB are issued when there are several occurrences of an unanticipated problem. It merely outlines the procedure(s) for repair. Not to be confused with a recall.

That is a great explanation of the Technical Service Bulletins. I hope you had a great weekend.
Another side note about TSBs is the fact that this type of documentation is at the dealership's discretion if they want to provide this to the customer.
