AC Condensate leak in car
#2
the drain hose may be partly blocked or cracked. The drip tray should be fine.. Also if you have a blocked air filter the poor air flow will Ice the Evaporator coil! Low Freon will also cause icing on the A/C line's . I would start with the cabin Air filter and not sure if you can see the drip tray of drain hose from under the dash, I am new to the HHR. Good luck and please post what you find! Also this has been discussed before so also try the search box! Ill see if I can find anything! Im sure the gear heads will post soon.
