Exclamation hhr starter
hey have any of you fellow hhr owners have starter issues. i just had to get my starter replaced . if you did how long did it take for the starter to go out . i have a 2011 chevy hhr lt .

I have an 07 hhr with a 2.2 and a 08 with an 2.4. Both of mine are still on there factory starters.

I can't remember offhand any posts regarding starters needing replacement. I'd say starters have not typically been an issue. Welcome to the site.

How many miles have you got on your 2011 LT?

I think my 2011 is starting to show signs, but it has been used more than most.

Haven't seen many posts about folks replacing starters. Based on that, I would say the starter failure rate for HHR's must be pretty low.
