What year is your HHR? I don't see HHR 2.2l listed as a compatible vehicle for hpt, but they likely use the same pcm as Cobalts and those are tunable for 07'+. They do have an adjustable map table fwiw.(just looked) I would inquire with hpt about tuning possibility.

Or Trifecta is another possibility, but then you have to go back and forth through email with vince, which Ive heard can be a little difficult.
Also once you choose a tuning method they are not interchangeable since the software is different. So you can't read your Trifecta tune if you eventually get hpt and visa versa.

Already hooked it up and read the stock tune. Lots of options, but didnt have time to look through it all. I think it was supported in beta from last year.

E37 support is limited for HHRs. I posted in the tune??? thread about this.

There is definitely support in the E37 calibrations for boost, if the tuner knows how to deal with it.

Cool. Congrats and keep us posted, LOTS of Pics as you install!

But if you have the Cash on hand all at once, you can Save Hundreds of $$$ putting your own together with new and used parts.

On the CobaltSS forum you could put one together pretty quick. From the classifieds parts section on there.

I had to buy a part or two at a time because my wallet has been a little Thin.

And I am doing more than just the supercharger install now to mine. It Grew as I gathered up my parts.

Heres a Link to my Thread on my Supercharger project.

will do, but at this point it might not be until spring. Just need a method of mounting the cobalt heat exchanger, see if theres room to keep the original engine coolant resevoir, and hopefully be able to bend the a/c line out of the way. Id need a week of downtime and this is my only vehicle.
