Hid and drl relay

I just got an 07hhr and I'm putting hids in it and I'm wondering if there is a drl relay or fuse I can pull instead of putting in the harness to retain drls (not really a fan). Has anyone does this?

Your profile says you have a 2007. That means your DRLs are the headlights, I'm pretty sure you will have to disable them anyway.

You can check under the fuse box cover for relays and fuses, or look in your Owners Manual. If you don't have one follow the link in my sig for a digital Owners Manual.

Hahaha I look through the manual with this link you provided and it seems there is a fuse and a relay. If I pull either I should be able to run the hids without having to install the relay harness if I'm correct. Should make for an easier install

Yeah I spent a couple hours searching here and Google on it but haven't been able to find a concise answer on it. I did it before on another vehicle but it wasn't a Hi/Lo set up

Here's a couple from the "Similar Threads" box at the bottom of this page.

If you're using mobile it's different, but there. I think you just keep scrolling.

I use mobile so it shows as one thread at a time. I read these before I posted, only thing that makes me wonder is the flickering without the relay but I'm not too worried about it. If it's bad I'll just install the harness

If you keep scrolling you will see that there is a divider "related threads". Everything below that is "similar threads".

What flickering? If you pull the fuse and the relay. or just the fuse.
